Retro looks are back in a big way…from wavey bobs to feminine shift dresses and pencil skirts, I’m all for a return to ladylike looks. But this one I cannot endorse for ALL body types…celebs seem to be going gaga for capes lately; everyone from Liv Tyler to Eva Mendes have been spotted wearing this trend.
