We've heard about the waiting lists for Hermes's Birkin bags and Chanel Black Satin .....but for mascara?!?!

Get a load of this, the buzz about Lancome's Oscillation Powermascara, $34, has resulted in a feeding frenzy. Company reps say the waiting list is now up to 21,000! But have no fear, Lancome tells us they've got enough supply to meet the demand.

Estee Lauder TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara, $32, is no slouch, either. When it debuted in July, Estee Leauder's website ran out in three days, and 15 Saks locations sold out in three weeks.

By December, TurboLash will be sold at nearly 2,000 department stores across the country.
