Set Up an At-the-Ready Bar

Everyone heading back yo your place after a fun dinner out or a night on the town? Don't panic, Erin to the rescue! (I totally exposed that I was a lush earlier so don't act shocked) Make sure you have the following items to ensure that you are the Queen of Nightlife:

The Tools
Double jigger shot glass
Shaker *make sure top fits securely
Cocktail Spoon (long & slim for gentle stirring)
Corkscrew (a cheap one works great)

Glasses
Short glasses, either round or square known as "rock" glasses (as in "on the rocks") - can actually be used for cocktails, wine, or even champagne in a jam

Liquor
Tequila
Vodka
Rum (light is the most versatile)
Scotch *go with blended scotch - it's the most mixable
Wine
Beer
Champagne

Mixer
Tonic Water
Club Soda
Cranberry, Orange, or Grapefruit Juice

The Extras
Lemons
Limes
Lime Juice and Kosher Salt (for Margaritas)
Lots of ice!!!!
