Plan for an AMAZING Orgasm!

So here are the 3 suggestions that ob-gyn Hilda Hutcherson, MD:
1. Breathe right.
Studies show that panting can increase arousal, which ups your chances of an orgasm. Whatever you do, don't hold hold your breath - it deprives your lady parts of oxygen-rich blood and can actually prevent orgasm.
2. Really heat things up.
Before sex - or getting it on solo - grab a heating pad and place it on your pelvic area until things start feeling toasty. (a hot bath also works well) The heat stimulates blood flow down there, which will then increase all-important sensitivity.
3. Straighten up.
Whether you're on your back, side or stomach, straightening your legs during sex forces him/her to stroke your clitoris as he/she slides inside. Once you're in position, move. Try anything from rocking to making figure eights.
Okay ladies, I want all of to schedule some "lovers' time" and bust out a few orgasms....for me! LOL

The Barely There Condom?

Five couples were tested: 4 out of 5 men loved them, but the ladies were less enthusiastic. 1 woman like the "natural feel", another heard a "squeak", and a third said it felt like a "crinkly sandwich bag".
Has anyone tried these yet? Details.....I need details, for the blog of course! LOL *wink*

Let Him Cum on Your Face....Just Close Your Eyes!

This bit of information should have men around the world dancing in the streets.....spermine, an organic compound found in human sperm, is said to visibly reduce wrinkles and to soften skin. *blink* *blink* (I couldn't make this up if I wanted to! lol)
A Norwegian company, Bioforskning (the name is KILLING me! LOL), has come out with a synthesized a version of the spunk – derived from the tail of the little swimmers – which is now making the rounds as an expensive facial. I am not doubting that benefits of funky spunk but who in the world would PAY for something that most women can get at home for free?!?! (right?)
I wonder if that's why so many gay men have flawless skin???
I digress, my suggestion is to make his dreams come true while you reap the benefits of maintaining youthful skin!
Take on for the team tonight with a smile.

The LOW DOWN on Anal Sex
Anal sex is one of those things that some people like, some people hate, some people are curious about, or some never try at all. What you need to remember about anal sex is that it is not a “safer” alternative to intercourse.
First of all, anal sex (especially unprotected!!!) is one of the riskiest behaviors in terms of contracting a sexually transmitted infection if a partner has one. Second, for some people it can be very painful; you should always use a water-based lubricant (LOTS OF LUBRICANT and maybe even a few cocktails before you start) as well if you are engaging in anal sex. And if you are going to try anal sex, you should always use a condom!
In terms of sexual health, before you engage in sexual activity with a new partner (whether it is anal, oral, or vaginal intercourse), it would be best for both of you to be tested for sexually transmitted infections. A doctor won’t just test your blood; you need to ask specifically for a screening panel. But remember, no matter what, if you are sexually active, condoms are the only form of birth control that offer protection against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

VCF Swag
Sometimes I try to remember the challenges of heterosexual sex (so boring) but usually fall short since it's almost been 10 GLORIOUS YEARS since I have up close and personal with a penis (YUCK)......but I am NOT knocking you ladies who prefer to go that route! : - )Anywho, one of my girlfriends passed this info on to me to be distributed to the masses.....Vaginal Contraceptive Film (VCF) seems to be what's up:
1) 3 hours of protection from pregnancy (kills sperm on contact)
2) invisible, odor free, and taste less (hey now)
3) undetectable by yourself or your partner
4) you get to finger yourself to insert it ADDING to the foreplay (feels good to you and let him watch to turn his freaky ass on even more)
The only con I see is that there is no protection from STDs or HIV so I would say this method is for the married or monogamous. (does monogamy still exist? we have discussed that before correct?)

Get Your Fertility Swag ON Ladies!!
It's well-proven that women look best to men at their most fertile time of the month. (HEY NOW) Now there is supporting evidence that was obtained in strip clubs.
Eighteen erotic dances (don't we call them strippers ladies? is "erotic dancer" the PC term?) reported their earnings and menstrual cycles over 60 days. Whether or not they were taking birth control pills (which suppress fertility), all the women earned the least when they were menstruating. But, midcycle, just before ovulation, the women who were experiencing a natural peak in fertility made an average of $276 per work shift, versus $193 for pill takers. (this doesn't sound too bad, does it? LOL)
Geoffrey Miller, assistant professor of psychology at the University of New Mexico, and his colleagues attribute the effect to the documented "cyclic shifts in women's attractiveness", which indicated that hormonal changes influence women's facial appearance, scent, and clothing choices.
VERY INTERESTING, clothing choices huh? Well, I can admit that I don't feel at the peak of my sexiness when I am bleeding like a fish with a Super Plus sized Tampon shoved up inside of me! LOL LMAO LOL

Secret Sex
My question is - if the sex is secret does it exist? No right.....if no one knows and no one is there to catch you, then it doesn't exist like the proverbial tree in the forest! (I know the men are LOVING this rationale, they cheat for the same reason dogs lick their balls - because they CAN lol) Do we keep them a secret because they are not our "type"? Beacause they are not the best looking even though it might be the best sex of your life? I am not sure if this is being shallow or just grossly honest with yourself!
There is SO much that goes into secret sex - finding locations to "rendezvous, the mum's-the-word factor, lying to your girls when they can see ALL OVER YOUR FACE that you got you some GOOD lovin' - this is very similar to brothers having Down Low Sex! lol
Let's discuss this, leave me some comments below!
Have a GREAT weekend!
